Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

By accessing Pixel and Pipes (the "Workshop") or initializing a System Diagnostic, you agree to the following technical terms.

These terms ensure a high-performance, friction-less relationship between the Architect and the Client.

1. The Diagnostic Process

  • Not a Sales Call: All "Initial Diagnostics" are technical consultations intended to identify system friction. Submission of an intake form does not guarantee a project build.

  • Accuracy of Specs: The Client is responsible for providing accurate "under the hood" access and information. We are not liable for logic errors resulting from incomplete data provided during the intake phase.

2. Intellectual Property & Blueprints

  • The "Invisible Workers": All custom workflows, automation logic, and UI/UX architectures developed by [Your Agency Name] remain the intellectual property of the Architect until the final project handoff and full payment.

  • Usage License: Upon final delivery, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the system within their specific GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-account. Redistribution or resale of our proprietary SOPs or "Blueprints" is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Scope & "Scope Creep"

  • Technical Boundaries: Projects are executed based on the "System Architecture Proposal" signed during initialization.

  • Modifications: Any requests for features or logic outside the original blueprint will be treated as a "System Upgrade" and may require a separate technical SOW (Statement of Work) and additional fees.

4. Payments & Initialization

  • Retainers/Fees: All engineering fees must be settled according to the timeline in your specific Proposal.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of architecting digital ecosystems, fees for completed diagnostics and initialized builds are non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Platforms (GoHighLevel)

  • Platform Dependency: Our ecosystems are architected natively within GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or technical glitches caused by the GHL platform itself or other third-party integrations (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe).

  • Account Maintenance: The Client is responsible for maintaining their own GHL subscription and third-party utility costs (SMS/Email credits) unless otherwise managed under a specific "Maintenance Architecture" agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • System Performance: While we engineer for "High-Velocity" results, we do not guarantee specific revenue targets or conversion percentages, as these variables depend on the Client's market, offer, and external traffic quality.

  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard "Leak-Proof" logic, but we are not liable for data breaches resulting from Client-side security failures (e.g., compromised passwords).

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to "Decommission" a project or cease support if:

  • The Technical Agreement is breached.

  • System fees remain unsettled for more than 15 business days.

  • The Client utilizes the system for unethical or illegal "Spam" activities.
